Special Stitch

HBdc (Herringbone Double Crochet) = yo, insert hook, yo, draw through st and first loop on hook, yo, draw through 1 loop, yo, draw through both loops on hook.

1st row: Skip 3 ch (count as 1dc), 1 HBdc into next and each remaining ch to end, turn;

2nd row: Ch 3 (count as 1 dc), skip 1st st, 1 HBdc into next st and each st to end, working last st into top of ch3, turn.

Repeat the 2nd row.
