Ch3 counts as the first dc of each row.
Row Instructions
Row 1) 1 dc in 4th Ch from hk, 9 xdc, 1 dc, turn (20)
Row 2 - 109) Ch 3 (always counts as 1st dc), 9 xdc, 1 dc, turn (20) (repeat till row 109 or to desired length)
Row 110) Ch 3 (always counts as 1st dc), 9 xdc, 1 dc, turn
Row 111) Fold the infinity scarf in half, making sure it isn’t twisted, and ss through both ends to join, finish.
