Instructions to Crochet Toe and Foot of Preemie Socks
Round 1
With pink yarn, make an adjustable ring and secure it with a slip knot. Ch3 (count as DC), 11 DC into the ring. Join with a slip stitch to the top of the starting ch-3 – 12 sts.
Round 2
Ch 3, DC into the same stitch as the join, 2 DC in each st around, join with sl st – 24 sts. Cut the pink color. The circle now measures approximately 4 cm in diameter.
Round 3
Change to white color. Ch 3, DC in each st around, join with sl st – 24 sts.
Rounds 4-5
Repeat Round 3. Cut the white yarn.
Crochet Heel of Preemie Socks
Count 7 stitches back from the last slip stitch (including the slip stitch in the count), and attach the pink yarn with a slip knot.
