- Green, purple, black, white, orange, and blue 8 ply wool

Put something rattly (I chose lentils) inside a mini m&ms tube and close the lid.

Round 5: sc in the first stitch, increase in the next stitch – repeat (18 stitches)
Round 6: sc in each stitch (18 stitches)
Round 7: sc in the first two stitches, increase in the next stitch – repeat (24 stitches)
Rounds 8 – 10: sc in each stitch (24 stitches)
Round 11: sc in each stitch (24 stitches) (8 green, 5 white, 11 green)
Round 12: sc in each stitch (24 stitches) (7 green, 7 white, 10 green)
Round 13: sc in each stitch (24 stitches) (6 green, 3 white, 3 black, 3 white, 9 green)

Finishing the Body
Rounds 24 – 31: sc in each stitch (24 stitches)
Put some stuffing in the nose cone then put the m&ms container (lid facing down) inside the crocheted cover.
Round 32: sc in the first two stitches, decrease the next two stitches together – repeat (18 stitches) (backloops only)
Round 33: sc in the first stitch, decrease the next two stitches together – repeat (12 stitches)
Round 34: decrease until the hole closes.
Creating the Fins
Fins (Make 3)
With purple wool:
Chain 10
Round 1: sc 8 along one side of the chain, increase, sc 7 along the other side of the chain, increase (19 stitches)
Rounds 2 – 6: increase, sc 6, (decrease two stitches together) x 2, sc 7, increase (19 stitches)
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Assembly
Sew the fins onto the rocket. They should be roughly evenly spaced.
