Rd 1: ch 3, 13 dc in ring, join with slip stitch.

Rd 2: ch 3, 2 dc in next in same place, * ch 2, 1 dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat from * around. End with ch 2, join with slip stitch to top of beg ch 3.

RND 3: ch 3, 1 dc in same place, ch 3, sk next 1 dc, 2 dc in next dc, * ch 1, 2 dc in next dc, ch 3, skip 1 dc, 2 dc in next dc, repeat from * around, end with ch 1, join with slip stitch to top of beg ch 3.
