Front Post Double Crochet Decrease (FPDCDEC): [Yarn over, insert hook from front to back around post of next stitch and then to the front going through the other side of stitch, yarn over, pull up a loop, yarn over, pull through 2 loops] Do this 2 times, yarn over and pull through all 3 loops on hook.
Picot: Ch2, sl st in 2nd chain from hook.
Front Post Treble Crochet (FPTC): Yarn over twice, insert hook from front to back around post of specified stitch and then to the front going through the other side of stitch, yarn over, pull up a loop, [yarn over, pull through 2 loops] Do this 3 times.
