Following… i also have storage issues, started using bags but find it doesnt help my storage issues. Think the only way to go is up… maybe floor to ceiling cubes?
Before I saw the pattern added by KY Carol from HHH (which I will def try), I have 2 I did for a 20lb and a now 60 lb large breed growing puppy. I crocheted a ribbed collar, connected a \○/ cape for over the back, and a shorter chest panel. I used same concept for both using #5 wool blend ends/scraps. Initially, I tried buttons to connect the top to the chest panel but think a buttoned strap just under the front legs would work better. Both have specific harness hook-up openings I adjusted for, and I wanted the one for the puppy to work as he grows. I tried mult times to upload pic, cant tell if I was successful.
