Steps to knit Waffle Stitch:
Step 1: Cast On in Multiples of 3, + 1
Step 2: Row 1 (Right Side): * K1, P2 *, K1 Repeat pattern between the * * asterisks
Step 3: Row 2 (Wrong Side): * P1, K2 *, P1
Step 4: Row 3 Knit all
Step 5: Row 4 Purl all
Step 6: Repeat Rows 1 – 4 until your piece is the length you desire.
