Create Your Own Crochet Christmas Wreath Ornament

Materials Needed

Here is what you need:

• Small amounts of worsted weight yarn
• US G-6 / 4.0 mm or H-8 / 5.0 mm crochet hook
• 7 mm Tinsel Pom Poms
• School glue or glue gun

This pattern is written in U.S. crochet terms and abbreviations.

Crochet Instructions

Ch 18, make a Sl st in the furthest ch from hook to form a ring.

Rounds

Round 1: Ch 1 (does not count as st), beginning in the same st as join *work 2 sc, work 1 sc in each of the next 2 sts, rep from * around, join — 24 sts.

Round 2: *Skip 1 st, work 4 hdc in next st, sk 1 st, Sl st in next st, rep from * around — 6 shells.

Fasten off leaving a long enough tail to create a loop to hang your ornament; weave in ends.

Finishing Touches
