You’ll Need:

500g of mélange Bodrum yarn (48% linen, 52% polyester; 280m/100g);

300g of the same yarn, but in violet color;

Crochet hooks 2.5 and 3.

Size: S-M.

Instructions

Skirt

Make 100 chain stitches with violet yarn and crochet hook 3. Work with back post single crochets with straight and reversed rows for 40 cm.

After that, make the lower edge of the skirt according to scheme 1. Make a seam. Join the yarn to the upper edge of the skirt and make 10 circle rows of single crochets. Fasten the edges of the work with a “shrimp stitch.”

Jacket

Front and Back

Make 160 chain stitches with mélange yarn and crochet hook 3 and divide stitches as follows: 20 stitches for the right front, 40 stitches for the right sleeve, 40 stitches for the back, 40 stitches for the left sleeve, and 20 stitches for the left front. Make back post single crochets with straight and reversed rows, making increases according to scheme 2. After completing 30 rows, add 30 chain stitches from both sides for armholes. Then, work the back and front with straight and reversed rows until reaching 25 cm. After that, make fringe according to scheme 1.

Sleeves

Make back post single crochets with crochet hook 2.5, then turn your work. For sleeve widening, make increases of stitches according to your measurements. Make 60 rows, then, create fringe in the same way as the main detail of the jacket.

Assembly

For the neck-hole placket, make 6 rows of single crochets along the neck-hole. Fasten the front with 6 rows of single crochets. Make 7 button-loops on the left front. Fasten edges of the jacket with a “shrimp stitch.” Sew the buttons.
