Crochet Shawl and Clutch Instructions

You’ll Need:

350g of green yarn (45% cotton, 42% acryl, 13% polyamide; 300m/100g);

Crochet hook 1.75;

Zipper;

Backing.

Size:

Long side = 210 cm, short side = 140 cm.

Instructions

Shawl

Make 15 motifs according to scheme 1, connecting them with single crochets in the process. Add 6 half-motifs along the long side of the detail.

Clutch

Make a chain 52 cm long and circle it to form a ring. Create 18 circular rows following scheme 2. Fasten the bottom of the clutch with 1 row of single crochets, and secure the upper part with 3 rows of single crochets. Sew the backing and the zipper in place.

Flower

Start with 6 chain stitches and circle them to form a ring. In the 1^st row, make 6 treble crochets in the 10^th chain stitch, spacing them evenly. Catch behind the 1^st row and work with treble crochets for 16 double crochets as the 2^nd layer, continuing with a row of 9 double crochets and arches of 5 chain stitches between them.

In the 3^rd row, make 7 treble crochets in each arch. In the 4^th row, add 3 treble crochets in each treble crochet from the previous row. Make 2 flowers and sew them onto the clutch.
