This pattern is worked in the round with no joins or chains. The reindeer shown were made using Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice in Toffee.
Instructions
- Magic ring, 6 sc in ring (6)
- 2 sc in each st arnd (12)
- *2 sc, sc* arnd (18)
- *2 sc, sc x 2* arnd (24)
- Ch 3, sl st in same space as ch, sl st x 5, ch 3, sl st in same space as ch. Fasten. <Ears Created>
Finishing
Cut chenille stick into 3 even length pieces (one stick makes 3 antlers).
Make zig zag creases in both sides of the chenille stick, leaving ¾” flat section in the center.
Glue to front top center of head (between ears).
With fabric paint: make eyes and nose.
Optional: Use google eyes, felt, and/or mini buttons for facial features.
