2^nd Row

3 chain stitches, 4 double crochets in the first half of the group, * skip the 1^st single crochet, 1 single crochet in the next 3 stitches, skip the last crochet, 9 double crochets in the next group*; repeat from * to *, 5 double crochets in the last half of the group;

3^rd Row
