2^nd and All the Even Rows:

Due to the pattern;

3^rd, 15^th, and 19^th Rows:

* 2 purls, 3 knit sts, 2 purls, cross 6 sts to the left (leave 3 sts to the auxiliary needle in front of work, 3 knit sts, 3 knit sts from the auxiliary needle), 2 purls, 3 knit sts, 2 purls*; repeat from * to *;

7^th Row:

* 2 purls, cross 4 sts to the left (leave 3 sts to the auxiliary needle in front of work, 1 purl, 3 knit sts from the auxiliary needle), cross 4 sts to the right (leave 1 st on the auxiliary needle behind work, 3 knit sts, 1 purl from the auxiliary needle), cross 4 sts to the left, cross 4 sts to the right, 2 purls*; repeat from * to *;

9^th Row:
