Instructions

Back

Cast on 89 sts and make 2 cm of rib. Then, work with stockinette stitch. At 4 cm height from the set-up row, decrease 1 st from both sides, then, decrease 5 x 1 st in every 6th row. Knit 10 rows straight. Then, increase 1 st from both sides and 5 x 1 st in every 6th row. At 37 cm height from the set-up row, bind off 3 sts from both sides for arm-holes, then, decrease 1 x 2 sts and 2 x 1 st in every 2nd row. At 54 cm height from the set-up row, bind off 31 sts for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately, bind off 1 x 3 sts, 1 x 2 sts in every 2nd row. Bind off the sts of shoulder in the next 2nd row.

Front

Make pattern design. Start your work with central circle motif: cast on 8 sts, divide the sts to 4 knitting needles due to the scheme, on which 1/8 part of circle motif is stated. Knit around to the neck-hole (about 14 cm from the beginning of work), then, work with straight and reversed rows. Make 38 rows due to the scheme, then, work with stockinette stitch, make a relief pattern from the right side. Make all the other sectors due to the scheme. At the same time, form neck-hole and shoulders, matching with the pattern design. After the 70th row, repeat 71st-72nd rows, make 1 yarn over from both sides of petal top. Make about 32 rows in this way in the center of front (6), about 20 rows (5, 7) from both sides and near arm-holes (4, 80). Work with stockinette stitch between them, matching with the pattern design. Work with shortened rows in the bottom part. Make 2 cm of rib.

Sleeves

Cast on 39 sts and make 2 cm of rib. Then, work with relief pattern, increase 7 sts in the 1st row. For sleeve widening, increase 7 x 1 st in every 10th row. At 36 cm height from the set-up row, bind off 4 sts from both sides, then, bind off 6 x 4 sts in every 2nd row. Bind off the rest of the sts in the next 2nd row.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Sew up the sleeves. Make side and sleeve seams. Cast in 98 sts along the neck-hole line with circular knitting needles and make 4 cm of rib, bind off the sts. Fold the placket of the neck-hole to the wrong side and sew it.
