Introduction

The quantity of sts is multiple 12 + 2 selvage sts. Start and finish every row with selvage sts.

Knitting Row Instructions

1st Row

* 1 purl, 1 knit st, 1 double broaching (= slip 2 knit sts, 1 knit st, draw it through the slipped sts), 1 knit st, 3 purls, cross 3 knit sts to the right (leave 1 st on the auxiliary needle behind work, 2 knit sts, 1 knit st from the auxiliary needle)*; repeat from * to *;

2nd Row and All Even Rows

Due to the pattern, yarn overs – as purls;

3rd Row

* 1 purl, 1 double broaching, 2 purls, cross 3 knit sts to the right, 1 purl*; repeat from * to *;
