How to Knit a Soft Green Scarf with Debbie Bliss Paloma

You’ll Need:
4 hanks of Debbie Bliss Paloma shade #25 (Soft Green);
Knitting needles US 13.
Stitches Control:
14 sts x 21 rows = 4” x 4”.
Size:
Approx. 6¼ in x 63 in.
Note:
Each 50g hank of Paloma will produce approximately 15¾ in of the scarf. If you need a shorter or longer version, you can adjust the yarn quantity accordingly.
Instructions:
With US 13 needles, cast on 23 sts.
Pattern Rows:
1st Row (wrong side): [K1, p1] twice, [k2, p1] twice, k1, p1, k1, [p1, k2] twice, [p1, k1] twice.
2nd Row: K1, p1, k2, p1, wyif, sl 3 sts purlwise, p1, [k2, p1] twice, wyif, sl 3 sts purlwise, p1, k2, p1, k1.
3rd Row: [K1, p1] twice, k1, p3, [k1, p1] 3 times, k1, p3, [k1, p1] twice, k1.
4th Row: K1, p1, k2, p1, k1, lift yarn strand with right-hand needle tip, k1, then take yarn strand over the stitch, k1, p1, [k2, p1] twice, k1, lift yarn strand with right-hand needle tip, k1, then take yarn strand over the stitch, k1, p1, k2, p1, k1.
These four rows form the pattern and are repeated throughout.
Finishing:
Work in pattern until the piece measures approx. 63 in from the cast-on edge, ending with a 4th row, but leaving sufficient yarn to work the cast-off row.
Cast off knitwise on the wrong side.
