You’ll need:

250; 250; 250; 300g of yarn (60% acryl, 20% wool, 20% polyamide; 190m/50g) of white color;

100g of the same yarn, but black color;

Knitting needles 2,5 and 3.

Size: S; M; L; XL.

Used Patterns

2 x 2 rib with knitting needles 2,5;

Stockinette stitch: in RS rows – knit sts, in WS rows – purls with knitting needles 3;

Jacquard pattern: due to the scheme with knitting needles 3.

Stitches control: stockinette stitch: 27 sts x 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Jacquard pattern: 27 sts x 31 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Cast on 118; 130; 138; 154 sts with knitting needles 2,5 and white yarn and make 10 rows (= 2,5 cm) of 2 x 2 rib.

For size S, L: increase 1 st in the last row;

For size M, XL: decrease 1 st in the last row.

You should get 119; 129; 139; 153 sts. Continue: 7; 8; 8; 9 cm (26; 28; 28; 32 rows) of stockinette stitch. Then, 20 cm (63 rows) with Jacquard pattern (see the scheme), finish with stockinette stitch with white yarn on all the sts.

Arm-Holes

At the same time, in 23; 24; 24; 25 cm (78; 80; 80; 84 rows) from the beginning of work, bind off from both sides in every 2nd row:

S: 1 x 3 sts, 3 x 2 sts, 5 x 1 st;

M: 2 x 3 sts, 2 x 2 sts, 5 x 1 st;

L: 2 x 3 sts, 3 x 2 sts, 4 x 1 st;

XL: 1 x 4 sts, 2 x 3 sts, 3 x 2 sts, 4 x 1 st.

Continue knitting on the 91; 99; 107; 113 sts.

Shoulder Chamfers and Neck-Hole

In 40; 42; 44; 46 cm (136; 142; 150; 158 rows) from the beginning of the detail, bind off from both sides in every 2nd row for shoulder chamfers:

S: 5 x 5 sts;

M: 3 x 5 sts, 2 x 6 sts;

L: 5 x 6 sts;

XL: 3 x 6 sts, 2 x 7 sts.

Start forming neck-hole at the same time, as you made the first decrease for shoulder line. For this, bind off the central 27; 31; 33; 35 sts and then finish each part separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 3 sts, 2 x 2 sts in every 2nd row from both sides.

Front

Make in the same way, as back. The only difference – deeper neck-hole. After arm-holes, there are 91; 99; 107; 113 sts in work.

In 35; 37; 39; 41 cm (118; 124; 132; 140 rows) from the beginning of work, bind off the central 23; 27; 29; 31 sts and finish each part separately. Bind off 1 x 3 sts, 1 x 2 sts, 2 x 1 st in every 2nd row from both sides, then 2 x 1 st in every 4th rows.

Make shoulder chamfers, using the description of back.

Sleeves

Cast on 54; 58; 58; 62 sts with knitting needles 3,5 and white yarn and make 10 rows (= 2,5 cm) of 2 x 2 rib.

For size S, L, XL: increase 3 sts in the last row;

For size M: increase 1 st in the last row.

Continue work with stockinette stitch on the obtained 57; 59; 61; 65 sts with knitting needles 3, increasing 2 sts from both sides:

S: in every 10th row: 11 x 1 st, in every 8th row: 2 x 1 st;

M: in every 10th row: 3 x 1 st, in every 8th row: 12 x 1 st;

L: in every 10th row: 10 x 1 st, in every 8th row: 8 x 1 st;

XL: in every 8th row: 4 x 1 st, in every 6th row: 16 x 1 st.

At the same time, in 28,5 cm (= 104 rows) from the beginning of the detail, make 20 cm (63 rows) with Jacquard pattern, placing st X of the scheme in the center of the sleeve, continue working with stockinette stitch and white yarn on all the sts.

After the last increase, continue work on the obtained 83; 89; 97; 105 sts.

Sleeve Cap

In 42 cm (= 146 rows) from the beginning of the detail, bind off from both sides in every 2nd row:

S: 1 x 3 sts, 4 x 2 sts, 10 x 1 st, 4 x 2 sts, 1 x 3 sts and the rest 19 sts;

M: 1 x 3 sts, 4 x 2 sts, 11 x 1 st, 5 x 2 sts, 1 x 3 sts and the rest 19 sts;

L: 2 x 3 sts, 3 x 2 sts, 13 x 1 st, 4 x 2 sts, 2 x 3 sts and the rest 19 sts;

XL: 1 x 4 sts, 1 x 3 sts, 3 x 2 st, 16 x 1 st, 2 x 2 sts, 2 x 3 sts, 1 x 4 sts and the rest 19 sts.

Neck-Hole Fringe

Cast on 154; 162; 170; 174 sts with knitting needles 2,5 and white yarn and make 8 rows with 2 x 2 rib. Leave the sts.


Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Sew the neck-hole fringe along the neck-hole line, then, sew up the short edges of fringe. Sew the sleeves. Sew up the sides and sleeves.
