How to Crochet a Stylish Top
You’ll need:
8 skeins of Drops Safran or Scheepjes Larra of 160m each or 10 skeins of cotton yarn (137 yards per skein).
Crochet hook 3mm.

Instructions
Start with a Chainless Foundation Double Crochet in a multiple of 22 DC.
The chain must be long enough to fall outside the shoulders.
For example, if you have 3 x 22 DC and the chain is not long enough, chain an extra 22 DC. This is a loose model.You need to make 2 panels.
The front panel must be 1 section wider than the back panel. For instance, Front: 4 sections of 22 DC Back: 3 sections of 22 DC.

Repeat those rows 2-23 until desired length. It is your choice. When your hips are a little wider, do not worry, you can leave a split at both sides.
Sew the sides together in length and skip the armholes. Sew the shoulder seams together but less than you usually do. For example, when your shoulder seam on a sweater is about 15 inches, then sew only 10 inches.
