Create Your Own DIY Jean Pocket Organizer

You'll Need

Two pockets of the same size from old jeans;

Zipper (the same length or a little bit longer than the upper side of the pocket);

Sewing machine;

Threads;

Accessories for decorating.

Instructions

Carefully unrip your jeans pockets.

Pin the buttoned zipper to the inside of the pockets along the top edge and sew the zipper back, about 1 cm from the edge (along the green lines).

Decorate pockets with accessories. Or skip this step if you do not want to decorate your organizer.

Fold the pockets with the wrong sides to each other. If the zipper is longer than the pockets, tuck its ends inward.

Stitch the details of the pockets on the open sides with a zigzag stitch.

Place extra lines at the top of the organizer (near the zipper) to secure the corners.

Hang a decorative brush on the zipper tongue. The brush will not only serve as a decoration but will also make it easier to open and close the organizer.
