RND 23: Working across the top of the shawl, ch1, evenly sc across. The st count is not important, just make sure they look even.
RND 24: Working across the bottom of the shawl, sc in the next st, *sk the next st, 2dc, pcst, 2dc in the next st, sk the next st, sc in the next st* Repeat from * to * working across the bottom edge of the shawl.
RND 25: Sc across the top of the shawl, ch1, placing 1 sc in each sc, tie off, and weave in your ends.
