The doll measures a little over 13 inches tall.

- 2 Wooden Skewers (for the weapons, cut and sized to fit)
- Craft Paint in Brown, Black & Grey (for the weapons/initials)
- Craft Glue or Hot Glue Gun

I used 9mm Safety Eyes on one doll and size 12mm on the other because I ran out of 9's. So use whatever you prefer.
How to Make the Head & Body
With Spring Green & D Hook:
Ch2
Row 1. 6sc in the 2nd st from the hook.
Row 2. 2sc in each st-12sts.
Row 3. 1sc, 2sc in the next st-18sts.
Row 4. 1sc in 2, 2sc in the next st-24sts.
Row 5. 1sc in 3, 2sc in the next st-30sts.
Row 6. 1sc in 4, 2sc in the next st-36sts.
Row 7. 1sc in 36sts.
Rows 8-11. Repeat row 7.
Put the eyes in about the 11 or 12th row counting from the top of the head down.
Row 12. 1sc in 4, 2sc in 6sts, 1sc in 16, 2sc in 6sts, 1sc in 4sts-48sts.
Row 13. 1sc in 48sts.
Rows 14-19. Repeat row 13.
Stuff as you go.

How to Make the Mask
With Red/Amethyst & D Hook:

With Spring Green & D Hook:
Leave a long tail and ch5. Use a stitch marker.
Row 1. 1sc in 3, 3sc in the last st, working on the other side of the ch, work 1sc in 2, 2sc in the last st-10sts.
Row 2. 2sc in 1, 1sc in 3, 2sc in 2, 1sc in 3, 2sc in the last st-14sts.

When making the next leg, you want the muscles to be on the other side. So reverse the sts. I had to work with them a little bit to get it right.
Do not seal up the legs, work 5 or 7 hdc sts along the outside of the legs, then work 6 or 7 sc sts and finish off. Stuff the top part of the legs and sew to the body.

Stuff arms lightly but stuff to define the muscles.

Row 1. 1slst in 18sts across, ch19, work 1slst in each st across and finish off. Sew bands around each arm.
How to Make the Arm Bands
With Red/Amethyst Yarn & D Hook (make 2):

Row 1. 1slst in 15sts, ch16 and repeat.
How to Make the Wrist Bands
With Red/Amethyst Yarn & D Hook (make 2):
Ch10, work 1slst in 9 and finish off. Sew it around the wrist area.
How to Make the Turtle Shell
With Forest Green Yarn & D Hook:

Repeat rows 1-7.

Row 9. 1sc in 7, 2sc in the next st-54sts.
Row 10. 1sc in 8, 2sc in the next st-60sts.
Row 11. 1sc in BLO in 60sts and finish off.
Make a second piece by repeating rows 1-10, put the 2 pieces together and work 1slst in the BLO in one piece and the FLO in the next piece, stuff and finish off.
How to Make the Chest Plate
With Pale Yellow Yarn & D Hook:

Row 3. 1sc in 10sts, ch1 & turn.

Row 12. dec1sc, 1sc in 8sts, dec1sc, ch1 & turn.

Change to Warm Brown.
Row 18. 1sc in each st around and finish off. Sew to the front of the doll. (Optional: I used brown eye shadow and a makeup brush to put the lines on the front of the chest plates).
How to Make the Belt
With Warm Brown & D Hook:

Row 1. Work 1hdc in the 2nd st from the hook and in each st across and finish off.
Sew the belt to the back of the shell, wrap it around the front and sew in place.
With light grey felt, cut out a tiny circle, paint initials on and hot glue in place.
