Base Rounds

RND 1: You will need enough chains to go around the button of your cup. I did a chain count of 39. Make it somewhat snug so it stretches. Connect the front to the back to create a loop.

Rnds 2-13: In continual rounds, work a sc in each round, no slip stitch; Repeat for about 11-12 rounds; at the last round, sl st.

Ears

Row 1: Continue on from rnd 13, sc in the next 9 stitches, Turn.

Row 2: 2sctog, sc in the next 5 stitches, 2sctog, Turn.

Row 3: sc in each across, Turn.

Row 4: 2sctog, sc in the next 3 stitches, 2sctog, Turn.

Rows 5–7: sc in each across, Turn.

Row 8: 2sctog, sc in the next stitch, 2sctog, Turn.

Row 9: 2sctog, sc in the next stitch, Turn.

Row 10: 2sctog, Fasten off.

Next Ear: Skip 8 stitches, sl st into the top of the cozy, Repeat the ear the same way, and Fasten off.

Muzzle Nose

Rnd 1: ch 2, sc in the 2nd chain from the hook, sc 4 more times, sl st.

Rnd 2: 2sc in each stitch around, sl st.

Rnd 3: Work in continual rounds, *sc, 2sc, *Repeat around.

Rnd 4: *sc in the next two stitches, 2sc, *Repeat around.

Rnd 5: *sc in the next three stitches, 2sc, *Repeat around.

Rnd 6: sc in each stitch around, sl st. Fasten off.

Fur Strands

Cut 5 inches of yarn.

Make about 40-50 strands.

Glue them under the muzzle nose in the center with a glue gun in a circle pattern. Then, brush them out with a pet brush to make them fuzzy. Then, sew on the muzzle nose.

Glue on the eyes and nose. Make a muzzle with a dashed line under the nose with thread and a needle.
