Finished Dimensions

Center Strip
With C, holding 2 strands together, chain 10.
Row 1 (Right Side): Single crochet in 2nd chain from hook and in the next 8 chains, turn.
Row 2 (Wrong Side): Chain 1, single crochet in the first single crochet, [skip 1 single crochet, shell in next single crochet, skip 1 single crochet, single crochet in next single crochet] twice, turn.
Row 3: Chain 3, double crochet in the first single crochet, single crochet in the center double crochet of next shell, shell in next single crochet, single crochet in center double crochet of next shell, 2 double crochets in last single crochet, turn.
Row 4: Chain 1, single crochet in the top of the first double crochet, shell in next single crochet, single crochet in the center double crochet of next shell, shell in the next single crochet, single crochet in the last double crochet (top of beginning chain-3), turn.

Finishing Touches
- Using a 10” (25.4 cm) strand of C, follow the color order shown in the photo and tie bells onto the center strip at center shells on rows 3, 9, 15, 21, 27, and 33. Pull ends of yarn through the hole at the top, then tie in a knot at the top of the bell. Pull ends to the back. Knot at the back of the hanger and weave in ends.
- With 2 strands B held together, work 38 single crochets around the craft ring. Leaving an 8” (20.3 cm) tail, fasten off. Using the tail, sew the ring to the top back of the hanger. Weave in ends.
- Tie ribbon in a bow around the single crochet at the top center of Round 1 of the Inside Border. Trim ends to the desired length.
