V-St Cluster (all in one st) ~ Yo, insert hook in st, pull up loop, yo, draw thru 2 loops on hook, yo, insert hook in st, pull up loop, yo, draw thru 2 loops, yo, draw thru last 3 loops, ch 1, Yo, insert hook in st, pull up loop, yo, draw thru 2 loops on hook, yo, insert hook in st, pull up loop, yo, draw thru 2 loops, yo, draw thru last 3 loops

Instructions:

Row 1: 58 Fsc

Row 2: Ch 3(counts as dc now and throughout), turn, sk 2 sts, *Vst cluster in next st, sk 2 sts*, repeat *to* 17 more times, dc in last st. = 2 dc & 18 Vst clusters

Row 3: Ch 3, turn, Vst cluster in ch 1 sp of each Vst cluster across, dc in last st. = 2dc & 18 Vst clusters

Rows 4-79: Repeat row 3

Row 80: Ch 1, turn 2 sc in 1st st, 3 sc in each Cluster(one in each cluster and ch 1 of the Cluster V St) across, 2 sc in last st. = 58 sc.

Finish off

Tassel boarder:

Cut 174- 6″ pieces of yarn. Group them in pieces of 3. Starting in 1st st of either end, fold the group of yarn in half and pull the looped end through the st, pull the loose ends through the loop and pull tight to form a tassel. Repeat in every other st. Repeat process on opposite end.
