Double Treble Square Crochet Pattern
To generate the uncommon (front post double treble) FPDTR crochet stitch, the double treble stitch is utilized in this deceptively straightforward square crochet pattern, but it is worked around the posts rather than into the loops. This pattern is higher than typical post stitches and gives the square a wonderful textured appearance on top that resembles sunrays. Amelia Beebe's free crochet pattern is available on the Crochetville website and through a Ravelry link.
