How to Crochet a Stylish Bag Using Novita Tuubi Yarn

You’ll Need
150g of white Novita Tuubi yarn (50% cotton, 50% acryl; 150m/50g);
Crochet hook 9;
Fastener from an old leather belt.
Size
29 x 22 cm.
Instructions
Make 24 chain stitches and work with straight and reversed rows of single crochets for 40 rows. Then, decrease 10 x 2 stitches in every row from both sides.
Make fastening around the whole work (don’t cut the yarn from the previous part) in the following way: fasten the flap chamfer with single crochets, then fold the lower part in half and connect sides with half single crochets.
After that, fasten the lower edge with single crochets, connect the sides with half single crochets. Then work with single crochets along the second chamfer of the flap.
Cut the yarn and fasten it.
Sew the fastener from an old leather belt, as shown in the photo.
