Row 2: Ch 2, turn. (does not count as hdc here and throughout) Hdc in each st across.
Row 3: Rep Row 2.
Row 4: Ch 2, turn. Hdc in the THIRD loop of each st across.
Rows 5-7: Ch 2, turn. Hdc in each st across.

Fringe (Optional)
Using your leftover yarn, cut 92 strands of yarn approximately 18 inches long. Attach your yarn along the side of your blanket wrap (one strand per row) using a crochet hook.
Insert your hook into the space before the last hdc of the row. Fold your strand of yarn in half and pull it through the space. Yarn over your hook and pull the strand all the way through.
Repeat 91 more times.
