Knit Pullover with Wrap

Mar 02, 2021 10:49 PM

You’ll need:

150 (200)g of pink, dust-pink and grey-brown yarn (67% cotton, 33% viscose; 158m/50g) (each);

Long circular knitting needles 4,5.

Size: S (M).

Used Patterns

Relief pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 12 + 1 + 2 selvage sts. Work due ot the scheme, on which RS and partly WS rows are stated. Make unstated WS rows due to the pattern, yarn overs – as purls. Start with 1 selvage st and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat and 1 selvage st. Repeat 1st-28th rows x 5 times, then, repeat 1st-27th rows x once.

Stripes order: 13 pink rows, * 14 dust-pink rows, 14 grey-brown rows, 14 pink rows*; repeat from * to *.

Note: change the color of yarn after RS row (= after the 13th and 27th rows of the scheme).

Stitches control: 24,5 sts x 40,5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Note: detail for pullover is a rectangular with 168 (178) x 41 cm measurements.

Cast on 411 (435) sts with pink yarn and work with relief pattern due to the stripes order. In 41 cm = 167 rows from the set-up row, bind off all the sts in the next WS row with grey-brown yarn.

Put your rectangular WS face, the center of the lower edge of rectangular is lower edge of back, the center of upper edge of rectangular – upper edge of back.

Turn your detail to the opposite side, connect and sew the side seams. Connect the marked central 28 (320 cm of upper edge with lower end of seam of upper part of back (= 14 (16) cm from both sides of seam) and sew them.

Holes on the central 28 (32) cm from both sides = arm-holes.
