Make WS rows sts and yarn overs as purls, 2 yarn overs = 1 knit st and 1 purl. Start with 1 selvage st and finish with the first 1 (5) 9 sts of the pattern repeat and 1 selvage st. Repeat 1st-28th rows.Stitches Control:
Leaves pattern: 16 sts x 22.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
Rib: 17 sts x 25 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions:
Back:
Cast on 71 (79) 87 sts using the criss-cross method and work with the leaves pattern. In 59 cm from the set-up row, bind off 8 (7) 9 sts from both sides for shoulder chamfers and 2 x 7 (8) 8 sts in every 2nd row. In 60 cm from the set-up row, bind off the central 21 (25) 29 sts for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For a smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 3 (4) 4 sts in the next 2nd row. In 62 cm from the set-up row, all sts should be used.
Front:
Make in the same way as the back, but with a deeper neck-hole. For this, in 55 cm from the set-up row, bind off the central 9 (13) 17 sts, 1 x 3 (4) 4 sts, 2 x 2 sts, and 1 x 1 st in every 2nd row, along with 1 x 1 st in the next 4th row.
Sleeves:
Cast on 41 (47) 53 sts and work with rib between selvage sts. In 15 cm from the set-up row, increase 1 st from both sides, 2 x 1 st in every 4th row, and 7 x 1 st in every 2nd row to achieve 61 (67) 73 sts, including the increased sts in the pattern. In 25 cm from the set-up row, bind off all sts.
Assembly:
Make shoulder seams, cast on 67 (77) 85 sts along the neck-hole with circular knitting needles, make 3 circular rows of purls, and then bind off sts as knit sts. Sew up the sleeves, make side and sleeve seams, and create a sleeve cap on the lower 7 cm from the outer side.
