Used Patterns

Main pattern:

• 1^st row: 3 chain sts increase, double crochet in every chain st;
• 2^nd row: 3 chain sts increase, double crochet in the 1^st double crochet of the previous row, * 1 chain st, skip 1 double crochet, double crochet in the next double crochet*; repeat from * to *, 1 chain st, double crochet in 3^rd chain st increase;
• 3^rd and 4^th rows: make in the same way as the 2^nd row;
• 5^th row: 3 chain sts increase, double crochet in every double crochet and chain st, finish with double crochet in the 3^rd chain st increase;
• 6^th row: 3 chain sts increase, double crochet in every double crochet, finish with double crochet in the 3^rd chain st increase.

Make 1^st-5^th rows x once, then, repeat 6^th row.

Stitches Control:

16-17 sts x 7 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Make 74 (82) 90 chain sts and work with the main pattern. Decrease 1 st in the beginning and end of the 6^th row, then, bind off 6 x 1 st in every row from both sides, 2 x 1 st in every 2^nd row, make decreases in the following way: in the beginning of row 3 chain sts increase, skip 1 double crochet, make the last 2 double crochets together in the end of row = 56 (64) 72 sts. At 30 cm = 21 rows height, finish your work.

Front

At first, make in the same way as back. At 21 rows = 30 cm, make slip st on 4 sts, 2 chain sts, make the following 47 (55) 63 sts due to the scheme, repeat the pattern x 3 (4) 5 times, leave the last 4 sts open in the beginning of the next row. In 8 rows of the scheme, finish your work.

For the right half of the placket, make 21 chain sts and leave your work. For the left half of the placket, make 21 chain sts, then 1 chain st increase, as shown on the scheme in the 9^th row, followed by 21 single crochets during the left half of the placket, and 40 (48) 56 single crochets on the whole upper edge of the front, and 21 single crochets on the right half of the neck-hole placket = 82 (90) 98 single crochets. Make 10^th row according to the scheme. Then, make 1 row of single crochets around the neck-hole placket, make 1 single crochet in every chain st of the lower edge, 5 single crochets in every side edge, and 4 single crochets in every arch of 3 chain sts of the upper edge. Finish your work.

Assembly

Make side seams. Sew button to the upper edge of the left part of the neck-hole placket.
