The quantity of sts is multiple 10 + 9.

1^st row: skip 3 chains and make double crochet stitch (DC) in the 4th chain, DC entire row;

2^nd row: CH 3, DC in the next 7 sts, Cluster st, *DC 9, Cluster st *repeat entire row except for the last 8 stitches; DC in the last 8 sts;

3^rd row: CH 3, DC entire row;

4^th row: CH 3, DC in the next 2 sts, Cluster st, *DC9, Cluster st *repeat entire row except for the last 3 stitches; DC in the last 3 sts;

5^th row: CH 3, DC entire row.

Repeat 2^nd-5^th rows.
