You’ll Need:

1600g of CoCo yarn (100% cotton; 240m/50g);

Crochet hook 1.75 and 1.5.

Note: work from bottom to up as one-piece cloth.

Size: S-M.

Instructions

Make a long chain of 300-400 chain sts with crochet hook 1.75 from 1 ball. Work from the 2nd ball in the following way:

First Row

3 chain sts increase, 2 double crochet, * 11 empty squares of filet net (1 empty square of filet net = 2 chain sts, 1 double crochet; 1 filled square of filet net = 3 double crochets), 1 filled square of filet net, 11 empty squares of filet net, 6 double crochets *; repeat from * to * a total of 8 times, then finish with 3 double crochets.

Cut the yarn from the 1st ball and tighten. Then, work on the “spiders” pattern from the 1st row on 23 squares of filet net, decreasing 1 st in the stripes of double crochets. Follow the 3rd pattern repeat according to scheme 1. After making 1 row of empty squares of filet net, decrease 1 st in the stripes of double crochets. Complete the 4th and 5th pattern repeats of “spiders” according to scheme 2, decreasing 1 st in the stripes of double crochets, leaving 2 crochets. Proceed with the 6th pattern of “spiders” following scheme 3.

Waist Creation

To form the waist, create 220 chain sts along the upper edge of work using crochet hook 1.5 and complete 33 rows of double crochets, making every 11th-13th sts together in the 1st row. Divide the 220 sts into 3 parts: right front, back, and left front, marking 61 sts from both sides.

Right Front

Work with double crochets, simultaneously making 3 sts together for the collar chamfer. For the raglan line, decrease 1 x 5 sts, 1 x 4 sts, 2 x 3 sts, and 3 x 1 st from the marked sts. Crochet straight for 36 rows from the side of the arm-hole, continuing until the end of the 36th row for the collar chamfer from the beginning of the right front = 29 sts.

Left Front

Create symmetrically to the right front.

Back

Work with double crochets, executing decreases in the same manner as for the front. Crochet the remaining 84 sts straight = a total of 36 rows from the beginning of the back.

Sleeves

Create 63 chain sts and distribute them as follows:

First Row

3 chain sts increase, 23 double crochets, 7 empty squares of filet net, 1 filled square of filet net, 7 empty squares of filet net, and 24 double crochets. Then, continue with the “spiders” pattern according to scheme 3 on 15 squares of filet net. For the sleeve chamfers, increase 1 st in every 5th row from both sides. You will have 91 sts in total over 70 rows from the set-up row. For the sleeve cap, bind off 1 x 5 sts, 1 x 3 sts, and 1 x 2 sts in every 2nd row, along with 5 x 1 st in every 4th row, 1 x 1 st, 1 x 2 sts, 1 x 3 sts, 1 x 4 sts, and 1 x 7 sts in every 2nd row = 27 sts. Cut the yarn.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams. Sew up the sleeves and secure sleeve seams. Create 4 button-loops. Finish by fastening all edges with the “shrimp stitch.”
