​Very Simple Clutch

You’ll need:

150g of white Novita Tuubi yarn (50% cotton, 50% acryl; 150m/50g);

Crochet hook 9;

Fastener from old leather belt.

Size: 29 x 22 cm.

Instructions

Make 24 chain sts and work with straight and reversed rows of single crochets for 40 rows. Then, decrease 10 x 2 sts in every row from both sides.

Make fastening around the whole work (don’t cut the yarn from previous part) in the following way: fasten the flap chamfer wit single crochets, then, fold lower part in half and connect sides with half single crochets.

After that, fasten the lower edge with single crochets, connect sides with half single crochets. Then, work with single crochets along the second chamfer of flap.

Cut the tarn and fasten it.

Sew fastener from old leather belt, as it’s shown in the photo.
