Crochet Instructions for a Beautiful Burgundy Bra and Skirt Set

You’ll Need:

450g of burgundy yarn (65% acetate fiber, 35% polyamide; 125m/50g);

Crochet hook 2.5;

Circular knitting needles 5.

Motif size = 8 x 8 cm.

Instructions

Make 30 motifs according to the scheme and connect them with one another while making the last row – 10 motifs in 3 circles.

Back

Cast on 68 sts along 5 motifs, work with stockinette stitch, increasing 3 x 1 st on every 6^th row from both sides for widening. After making 10 rows from the beginning of the work, divide the work in half for the neck-hole by binding off 15 x 2 sts on every 3^rd row from both sides for smooth rounding. At the same time, after making 26 rows from the beginning of work, bind off 1 x 4 sts, 1 x 2 sts, and 1 x 1 st on every 2^nd row.

Front

Make in the same way as the back.

Skirt

Cast on 160 sts along the bottom of the bra and work with stockinette stitch in circle rows. For widening, increase 6 x 30 sts in every 16^th row. After making 120 rows around, bind off all the sts. Fasten the bottom with “shrimp stitch”.

Assembly

Make side seams of the bra. Fasten arm-holes with “shrimp stitch”. Make 18 motifs according to the scheme and connect them with one another while making the last row following the pattern design. Fasten motifs from both sides with “shrimp stitch” and sew them to the front and back.
