Mastering Crochet Relief Treble Stitches

Introduction
The quantity of chain stitches is multiplied by 3. Begin by making a chain and circle them in a ring with a slip stitch.
Row Instructions
1st Row
Start with 3 chain stitches and proceed with 1 double crochet in every stitch of the set-up chain until the end of the row. Circle the row with a slip stitch in the 3rd chain stitch.
2nd Row
Begin with 3 chain stitches, then crochet 1 double crochet in the double crochet of the previous row. Next, make a right-side relief treble crochet under the last crochet of the lower row (marker). To do this, make 2 yarn overs, insert your crochet hook under the crochet, catch the yarn, and pull the stitch through. Continue crocheting the remaining stitches in pairs: catch the yarn and draw it through 2 edging stitches on the crochet hook, then draw the stitch through 2 edges again; repeat this process one more time.
Skip 1 crochet of the lower row and make 1 double crochet in the 2nd and 3rd stitches from the crochet hook. After this, make a right-side relief treble crochet under the skipped crochet. Skip another crochet and make 1 double crochet in the 2nd and 3rd stitches from the crochet hook. Repeat these actions to the end of the row. Connect the row with a slip stitch in the 3rd chain stitch.
3rd Row
Start with 3 chain stitches, then make 1 double crochet in the next stitch. Make 1 right-side relief treble crochet under the same crochet of the lower row (the last crochet of the lower row). Skip 1 crochet, then crochet 1 double crochet in the 2nd and 3rd stitches from the crochet hook, followed by 1 right-side relief treble crochet under the just skipped crochet.
Continue the work in the same manner: skip 1 crochet, make 1 double crochet in the 2nd and 3rd stitches from the crochet hook, and create 1 right-side relief treble crochet under the just skipped crochet. Circle the row with a slip stitch in the 3rd chain stitch.
Repeat the 3rd row.
