Easy Knitted Booties for 0-3 Months

You’ll Need:

Red Heart Paddy Green yarn, Sugar'n' Cream (hot pink);

Scrap of black worsted weight yarn;

Scrap of white worsted weight yarn;

Knitting needles size 7;

Yarn needle;

Crochet hook size G.

Instructions

Cast on 30 stitches.

Rows 1-11: Knit across.

Row 12: Bind off 7 stitches. Knit to end of row.

Row 13: Bind off 7 stitches. Knit to end of row.

Row 14: K1, YO, K2 tog, Repeat across - for the last stitch Knit 1.

Rows 15-22: Knit across.

Bind off loosely.

Assembly

Fold the bootie over and sew the 2 sides of the bottom together.

Sew over the toes (do not sew the green part closed).

Sew around the front of the bootie.

Turn right side out.

Crochet a 12-inch chain using the white yarn.

Insert through the holes to make the ties.
