Pattern for Each Stripe

Foundation and First Row

1. With Color A (for the first stripe), start with ch3 and work 1 dc into the 1st ch to form a small ring.
2. Row 1: Ch5, 7 dc into the ring, ch5, turn.

Main Repeat (Row 2)

1. Row 2: Skip 2 underlying dc, work 2 dc into the back loop of the next dc, then 3 dc into the back loop of the next dc, then 2 dc into the back loop of the following dc. Ch5 and turn.
