Braid (2 knit sts, 2 purls) lean right - slip 2 sts on the auxilary needle and leave behind work, 2 knit sts, knit 2 slipped sts as purls;

Braid (2 knit sts, 2 purls) lean left - slip 2 sts on the auxilary needle and leave in front of work, 2 purls, knit 2 slipped sts as knit sts;

Braid (4 knit sts) lean right - slip 2 sts on the auxilary needle and leave behind work, 2 knit sts, knit slipped sts as knit sts;
