Foundation Row

Foundation Row: * Ch 5, trc in 5th ch from hook. Repeat from * 59 more times. (Total of 60) To make your shawl larger or smaller, simply eliminate or add by 3’s. Essentially, the total number should be divisible by 3.

Row 11: Ch 6, turn (this ch 6 counts as your first dc and ch 3). Sk 2 sts, dc in next st. *Ch 3, sk 2 sts, dc in next st. Repeat from * across. (100 ch 3 sps)

Edging

EDGING: Turn, *ch 5, trc in 5th ch from hook, sl st in next sc. Repeat from * across. Ch 1, working down the side of wrap, sc in end of each sc row, 3 sc in the end of each trc row. Repeat from across. Finish off. Reattach yarn to the other side of the wrap and work up the other side from across.
