• Sport weight yarn: cream color (about 70 gr for the sample – size L / 100 gr or 185 yds per skein)

Note: I used chainless starting dc for every first dc of each row/ round instead of ch 3. There’s another good crochet technique to use is ch 2, dc into the same stitch (counted as 1st dc). In the pattern below you’ll see I simply state dc into 1st stitch for every first dc of each row/ round, so just choose your best technique.

Cup: (Make 2)

1. R1: ch18, dc in 3rd ch from hook (first 2 chs doesn’t count as 1st dc), 15 dc across, make 5dc-shell stitch in last ch, dc in same ch, 15 dc across, turn.
2. R2: 18 dc across, 5dc-shell stitch in next st, 18 dc across, turn.
3. R3: 20 dc across, 5dc-shell stitch in next st, 20 dc across, turn.
4. R4: 22 dc across, 5dc-shell stitch in next st, 22 dc across, turn.
5. R5: 24 dc across, 5dc-shell stitch in next st, 24 dc across, turn.
6. R6: 26 dc across, 5dc-shell stitch in next st, 26 dc across, turn.

Back Straps

Insert hook and join yarn from the side of the front band (pic.2).

1. R1: 6 dc across, turn.
2. R2 to R40: same as R1. (fasten off)

Repeat on the other side.

Front Mesh

Insert hook and join yarn at R16 from one side of the back strap (pic.3).

1. R1: 145 dc across, turn.
2. R2: *dc, ch1, skip next st* repeat ** across, dc in last st, turn.
3. R3: *dc, ch1, skip next ch1-space* repeat ** across, dc in last st, turn.
4. R4 to R9: same as R3. (fasten off)

Halter Straps

Insert hook and join yarn at top of the cup (5dc-shell stitch of R10).
