Go to the starting chain of your project where you placed the stitch marker. (That is the join you made after chaining 84. You should be having the initial yarn tail). This is the place where you make SS in all the following rows. Keep this portion on the side of the dress.
Count 8 stitches from that joint/SC.
Start working the pattern from the 9th stitch.

Skip 16 stitches and start working the shoulder straps on the opposite side, using the same pattern below.

Wrap around the tails on the center of the bow and attach the bow onto the front portion of the dress above the chain.
Final Touch
Join the cream yarn to the initial join (where you had placed the stitch marker).
Ch 1. SC in each stitch across (on the sides, straps, front and back portion). SS with the first SC made.
Fasten off and weave in the ends.
It is so easy to make, and I completed this one in a day. I was so happy with the end result.
Update
For different sizes and measurements, you simply have to add rows to the top part or skirt part respectively. For bigger/smaller chest fit, add/subtract multiples of 4 stitches respectively in the first round and continue the rest of the rounds making changes accordingly.
