- Small amount of fiber fill - about a handful

- Ch 3 Counts as dc
- Ch 1 Does not Count as a sc
- Rounds are joined with a sl st
The Pattern
Starting with the bottom of the cup:
R: 1 - Ch 4, (ch 3 counts as dc) 9 dc in the 2nd ch from the hook, join with a sl st to form a circle, ch 3 (10 dc)
R: 2 - 1 dc in the same st as the ch 3, 2 dc in each dc around, join, ch 1 (20 dc)
R: 3 - (BLO this row only) 1 sc in each dc around, join, ch 1 (20 sc)
R: 4 - 1 sc in each sc around, join, ch 1 (20 sc)
Repeats: R: 5 to R: 7 - Repeat R: 4
R: 8 - Repeat R: 4, forming the cup handle, then ch 7, join ch to the loop that lines up even on R: 3, sc back up the around the ch, and join to the top, tie off.
Coffee/ Top of Cup
The Coffee:
Repeat R: 1 and R: 2 from the Coffee Cup.
Tie off and weave in the ends.
Stuff the Coffee cup, place the Coffee on top.
Join the yarn to the sc above the handle, sc around the top of the cup, sewing the coffee and cup together, tie off and weave in the ends.
Add a decorative button or applique.
