  • US size P/Q 15 mm crochet hook
  • Scissors
  • Tapestry needle

Size (approximate) 48″ x 60″

Size Adjustment: To adjust the size of your blanket, start with a longer or shorter chain, keeping an odd number of chains. Follow the crochet pattern until your blanket is the size you want.

Pattern Notes:

  • The chain 1 does not count as a stitch.
  • If you have trouble identifying the first or last stitch of the row, use stitch markers to help you keep track.

Pattern

To begin ch 73

Row 1: In 2nd ch from hook, *sc, dc in next ch*. Repeat from * to * across the row. Ch 1 and turn.

Row 2: In 1st st, *sc, dc in next st*. Repeat from * to * across the row. Ch 1 and turn. (Always sc into a dc. Always dc into a sc)

  • The first st of each row will always be a sc st.
  • The last st of each row will always be a dc st.

Repeat row 2 until your blanket reaches 60″ or your desired length. Fasten off and weave in ends.
