You'll need:

Hair pick;
Wire;
Beads and feathers;
Glue gun.

Instructions

Fasten the wire to the tip of the hair pick.

Then gradually beads are put on the wire.

After several such beads, the wire makes a circle around the hair pick and thereby fixes the details. Make sure that the parts do not move, all are on the outside. That is, turning it backside, we should see only wire.

Glue the back side with a glue gun and align this layer so that the adhesive part is flat. Feathers also sit on the back of the glue.
