- 2 Balls of Lily Sugar n Cream 100% Cotton (One main color and one contrast for the edge)
Instructions
Starting the Project
Using the main color:
- Chain 30.
Rows 1 to 42
- Row 1: SC in the second ch from hook and each ch down. Ch 1, turn.
- Row 2: SC in the same st as ch, *sk next st, 2 SC in the next st* Repeat to the end of the row. End with 2 SC in the last st. Ch 1, turn.
- Row 3-38: Repeat row 2.
- Row 39-42: Switch to accent color in the last st of the previous row. Repeat row 2 four times with accent color.
Final Steps
At the end of the last row, don't chain 1. SC evenly down the edge of the towel and all the way around. Fasten off when you get back to the beginning.
RND 1: That's it! Now you have the perfect kitchen towel to handle all your messes. I have two, one for the kitchen and one for when that one gets dirty.
