You Will Need
- Yarn (60% merino wool, 40% PAN (fibre), 225 m/50 g) - 200 g in blue.
- Crochet hook size 2.5.
- Button.
Note! The front and back of the sweater are crocheted crosswise.
Work Description
Back
Chain 62 and crochet according to pattern chart 1, repeating from the 1st to the 4th row once, then repeating the 3rd and 4th rows. After 10 cm from the neckline side, decrease by 1 cm and continue straight for another 18 cm. Then on the same side, increase by 1 cm and crochet straight for another 10 cm. Finish the work.
Front
Crochet similarly to the back but with a deeper neckline. For this, make the decrease and increase by 3 cm.
Sleeves
Sew the shoulder seams. Crochet the sleeve according to pattern chart 1, taking the first row from the front and back as the starting point. Begin crocheting with the 2nd row of the pattern. For the sleeve shaping, decrease approximately 0.5 cm every 7 rows. After 41 cm from the beginning of the sleeve, finish the work.
Assembly
Sew the remaining seams. Edge the bottom of the sleeves with 3 cm of single crochet, the bottom of the sweater with 5 cm of single crochet, and the neckline with 4 cm of single crochet. Crochet a flower according to charts 2 and 3, sew the flower parts together in the center, and attach the flower to the sweater. Sew a button in the center of the flower.
