How to Make a Fluffy Tissue Paper Decoration

You'll Need

Three-layer yellow tissues;

Scissors;

Stapler.

Instructions

Fold the yellow tissues several times.

Cut them into small squares.

Lay the squares on top of each other.

Fasten with a stapler in the center of the squares.

Cut the corners of the squares to make a circle.

Lift each circle up while fluffing it.
