I chose yarn SHAREE.
- Sharee: 100 g / 88 m / 90 % acrylic + 10 % polyester
- You will need: 3 balls
- For this pattern you will need a 7.0 crochet hook.
- Scissors and tapestry needle.
Size Details
Size: medium size - this can easily be adapted to a smaller size or bigger size just by reducing or increasing the number of rows.
Pattern Notes
- Before you start working on your wrap, take a measurement. I started with 121 chains. Chain until you reach the measurement taken.
- The directions shown are for M size but can be easily converted into a bigger size or smaller size – just measure your starting chain around your shoulders. If it fits snugly, then you can use this chain amount for your size.
- This pattern can be easily adapted to a smaller or bigger size just by reducing or increasing the number of rows. Remember that when making a bigger scarf size, you will need more yarn.
- This Wrap is crocheted in spiral rows.
- A Ch 3 at the beginning of the row counts as a stitch; ch3 = double crochet.
- The Wrap measures:
- Height: 40 cm / 17 inch
- Circumference: 105 cm / 41 inch
- The Wrap is worked in one piece.
- To wear, pull over head with a twist at the front and adjust the top to cover shoulders as desired OR, pull down to the waist with the seam at the center back, then pull the front of the circle up over your head.
- Make Mobius Twist: take the left side of your work (the side where the first dc is), ensuring there are no twists. Bring ends together and twist it down towards you, rotating the foundation chain from the bottom to the top. You will now treat the bottom loops of the foundation chain equal to the top “working” loops.
*Measurements are taken from the garment lying flat, before the yarn has stretched out/dropped.

Crochet Instructions for the Elegant Mobius Wrap
Crochet Hook: 7.0 mm
Make a foundation chain. The number of chains is a multiple of 4 + 1.
I made a chain: 121 chains. The length: 105 cm / 41 inch
Row 1
R1: ch3 (1dc), ch1, work dc in 6th chain from crochet hook *dc in next st, ch1, skip ch1 on the foundation chain* repeat from * to *, 1dc in last chain. We made 61 ch1 spaces.
Make Mobius Twist: take the left side of your work (the side where the first dc is), ensuring there are no twists. Bring ends together and twist it down towards you, rotating the foundation chain from the bottom to the top. You will now treat the bottom loops of the foundation chain equal to the top “working” loops.
Row 2
R2: make “V” stitches in ch1 spaces,
*dc in ch1sp (in the first space), ch1, 1dc in the same ch1sp, ch1,* skip ch1sp, dc in next ch1sp, ch1, 1dc in the same ch1sp, ch1* repeat from * to * until the end of the row. Work in “V” stitch in the 1st, 3rd, 5th… space. In total, you should have 31 “V” stitches.
Row 3
R3: continue crocheting “V” stitches in ch1-spaces, working on the opposite of row R1
*dc in ch1sp (in the second space), ch1, 1dc in the same ch1sp, ch1,* skip ch1sp, dc in next ch1sp, ch1, 1dc in the same ch1sp, ch1* repeat from * to * until the end of the row. Work in “V” stitch in the 2nd, 4th, 6th… space. In total, you should have 30 “V” stitches.
Row 4
R4: Your work will look like it has 2 new rows completed around, but really it is one continuous round. Continue crocheting, work “V” stitch in “V” stitch around. Make ch1 between “V” stitches.
*dc in ch1sp (in “V” stitch from the previous round), ch1, 1dc in the same ch1sp, ch1* repeat from * to * until you are satisfied with the length of your Mobius wrap.
Cut the yarn. Then fasten off and weave in all ends.
