Crochet Baby Crown

This charming accessory is perfect for adding a touch of cuteness to any little one's outfit. Handcrafted with love and attention to detail, this crown is made using the art of crochet, resulting in a unique and delicate piece. Whether it's for a special occasion or simply to make your little one feel like royalty, the Crochet Baby Crown is a must-have accessory. It's not only a stylish addition to any outfit but also a wonderful keepsake that can be treasured for years to come. Handmade with love, this crown is a testament to the artistry and craftsmanship of crochet. So why wait? Let your little one shine bright with this adorable Crochet Baby Crown!

Materials: I used cotton yarn Golden Sun 50 gr / 180 m and crochet hook 2 mm.

Measurement: Girth of head is 13 inches (33 cm). The number of loops must be a multiple of 15 (see pattern). So I crocheted the crown 15*6 = 90 loops + 3 edge loops = 93 loops / 12.2 inches (31 cm)
I also made lace loops for fastening: 2*0,4=0.8 inches (2 cm).

Row 1: Ch 94, sc to second loop from the hook, 92 sc,
Row 2: Ch 3 (count as 1 dc), turn, 2 dc, (ch 2, skip 2 loops, 3 dc) x 18 times
Row 3: Ch 1, turn, 3 sc, ch 2, ( 1 sc into ch-2 arch, ch 2, 3 dc into ch-2 arch, ch 2, 3 dc into same ch-2 arch, ch 2, sc into ch-2 arch, ch 5 ) x 5 times, 1 sc into ch-2 arch, ch 2, 3 dc into ch-2 arch, ch 2, 3 dc into same ch-2 arch, ch 2, sc into ch-2 arch, ch 2, 3 sc.
Row 4: Ch 1, turn, 2 sc, ch 3, ( 3 dc into 3 dc-loops, 2 dc into ch-2 arch, ch 2, 2 dc into same ch-2 arch, 3 dc into 3 dc-loops, 1 dc into ch-5 arch ) x 5 times, 3 dc into 3 dc-loops, 2 dc into ch-2 arch, ch 2, 2 dc into same ch-2 arch, 3 dc into 3 dc-loops, ch 3, 2 sc
Row 5: Ch 1, turn, 2 sc, ch 4, [ (1 dc, ch 1, skip 1 loop ) x 2 times, 1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc into ch-2 arch, ch 1, picot, ch 1, 1 dc into same ch-2 arch, ch 1, (1 dc, ch 1, skip 1 loop ) x 2 times, 1 dc ] x 6 times, ch 4, 2 sc.
On the side make the edge with three loops for lacing (see step by step picture). Make 93 sc for moving to the other side and again make the edge with three loops for lacing. Fasten off.
